14. Shipper shall pay any costs incurred due to contravening this contract under the CMR Convention, as follows:

14.1. Upon refusal to load the vehicle 24 hours prior to loading - 150 EURO penalty and expenditure incurred for the idle course of the vehicle to delivery address.

14.2. In case of overload (dimensions and or weight exceed the requested and declared) and document of irregularities the shipper shall pay all costs and fines along the route and the freight shall be subject to renegotiations.

14.3. In case of failure to pay the agreed freight within the time limit referred to in the application the shipper shall pay 1% of the freight amount for each day of delay however no longer than thirty (30) days.
